Please be aware of the cancellation policies! All participants are advised to be well acquainted with the information shown below.
General Announcement
| Online reservations are highly recommended as they are both faster and easier. |
| The hotel list & room rates are subject to change due to local conditions. |
| For weekend reservation(only 13,14 Apr. 2012) at 3 Star Hotels & Hanwha Resort Haeundae, different room rate will be applied and you can check the room rate when you make reservation for the hotels. |
| The room reservation for 5 stars &Novotel Ambassador busan hotel should be at least 3 nights. |
| Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and participants are kindly advised to make hotel reservations before March 25, 2012. |
| For early check-in (before 15:00) & late check-out (after 12:00), extra charge will be applied as personal bill(For Toyoko-Inn Busan Haeundae, normal check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00). |
| For group reservations (more than one room) please contact the Housing Bureau directly (accommodation@apaobusan2012.com). |
Payment Information
| The hotel rates cover room rate and its tax & service charges. Any other personal expenses, such as breakfast (except Club Deluxe (City View) at Lotte Hotel Busan - 1 Breakfast Including, Executive City Double Room at Novotel Ambassador Busan - 2 Breakfast Including), phone calls, room service etc. should be paid to the hotel when you check out. |
| Credit card info is required to guarantee your reservation, otherwise reservation cannot be confirmed according to the hotel reservation policy. The fee for two nights will be charged initially by the Housing Bureau and the balance will be charged around the end of March, 2012. |
| Receipts will be issued by the Housing Bureau upon request. |
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Individual Reservations
|
Any change or cancellation requests must be made in writing via e-mail or fax to the Housing Bureau. All dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT+9 hours) - Cancellation request by 4 Apr. 2012 : No-Penalty. - Cancellation request from 5 Apr. 2012 or No-show : Two nights room rate will be charged as penalty. |
| Please note that for administrative reasons, refunds will be made after the congress. |
| Bank service charge will be deducted from the refund amount. |
* No-show : Do not check-in without any notice in advance.
* Cancellation policy for group booking will be informed by the invoice from the Housing Bureau for
