How to Register

To register for the APAO/SOE Busan 2012, please use our online registration system.
Please note that you will need your existing or newly created username and password to process congress registration and/or submit an abstract.

          

Participants are advised to register in advance, before 14 March, 2012, to take advantage of the reduced registration fee.

Online registration is the preferred method but should you need to register by email or fax, please contact the Secretariat by e-mail (regi@apaobusan2012.com).

* Registration fees do not include accommodations or tour costs.
* The additional ticket for the Gala Dinner costs USD 75.
* Registration fees must be paid in full by March 14, 2012 in order to receive the regular
   registration discount.

Method of Payment

Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and JCB).

- Payments by credit card are available only through the online registration.
- All service charges on credit cards are to be paid by registrants.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

From January 15, 2012
No Refund
- All cancellations and requests must be sent to regi@apaobusan2012.com no later than
  January 14, 2012.
- A handling fee of USD 75 will be charged for cancellations in all registrations categories,
  except accompanying guests which will incur a USD 20 cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be given after January 14, 2012.
- Please note that all refunds will be processed after the congress for administrative reasons.
- All dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT+9 hours).
Visa

Visitors who plan to stay in Korea must obtain a visa before entering Korea.
Nationals of those countries or regions with which Korea has signed a visa waiver agreement can enter without a visa, on the condition that they do not engage in remunerative activities during their stay.

An official invitation letter is required for demonstrating the purpose of your visit to Korea.
